You''re willing to help your team in any way needed.Languages: Fluent in English and Italian, both reading and writing.Experience and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate has:Practiced law in Italy, either at a law firm or as in-house counsel, with experience in handling challenges relevant to this role.Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing cross-border commercial contracts, including confidentiality, licensing, SaaS, and technology agreements.Assisted with global product development and launches by drafting communications, legal terms, and policies.Collaborated cross-functionally and with outside counsel on legal advice and risk management across various areas such as technology, product, marketing, and regulatory compliance.Managed disputes and litigation in Italy and internationally.Guided labor law matters globally, aligned with company values.Created and maintained scalable legal tools and forms to support high-growth.Proactively identified new opportunities to add value and stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
