You will
- Architect and evolve backend systems powering real-time trading workflows
- Lead development using TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, and related technologies
- Drive deployment and infrastructure operations with AWS EKS, Docker, and Kong
- Maintain a modular codebase using Nx Monorepo and Git Submodules
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers across the team
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align on strategy and deliver impactful features
You bring
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong backend focus
- Proven track record building and operating production-grade systems in fintech, trading, or real-time environments
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, NestJS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI specifications
- Strong architectural thinking and experience with secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, EKS)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Educational background in STEM, e.g., maths, computer science, etc., or equivalent certifications
