Celina Gler, MAHafnerstrae 368055 Grazhttps://karriere-fresenius-kabi.at/ Senior/Principal Formulation Scientist R&D (m/f/w) Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Develop and optimize innovative formulations for parenteral nutrition solutions, considering stability, bioavailability, and regulatory requirements * Lead scientific projects to improve existing products and evaluate new ingredient combinations for clinical nutrition * Develop and implement new technologies and manufacturing processes to enhance product safety and performance * Subject matter expert throughout all project phases (concept to regulatory phase) * Set up formulation and manufacturing process design using QbD principles * Plan, conduct, and analyze experimental studies on the (physico)chemical stability and compatibility of parenteral nutrition solutions * Ensure timely execution of studies in accordance with the development strategy and timelines * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams consisting of analytical experts, regulatory affairs, production etc. * Assess scientific literature, new trends, and innovations in the field of parenteral nutrition * Prepare and review scientific reports, presentations, and regulatory documents * Supervise and provide technical guidance to scientific staff and laboratory personnel * Support strategic planning of R&D initiatives and identify new business opportunities in parenteral nutrition Wir erwarten * Ph.D. or Master''s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field * Several years of experience in research and development of parenteral nutrition solutions or related pharmaceutical formulations * Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical production processes, colloidal chemistry, lipid sciences, and/or stability testing * Experience with quality standards (e.g. (c)GMP, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g. ICH) for parenteral products * Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as experience in design of experiments (DoE) and data analysis * Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and/or English * Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven working style Wir bieten * An interesting and varied job in an internationally operating company * Training opportunities and personal development within the company * Career opportunities in a top international company in the pharmaceutical industry * Attractive, performance-related remuneration (gross annual salary EUR 63.000,-; willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience) JETZT BEWERBEN
