Oversee Content Quality Management (CQM), a team of industry veterans with expertise across various fields (e.G. Help CQM establish stronger quality benchmarks and innovation initiatives that increase the overall strength of Tencents global games portfolio Work with the CQM team to establish overall goals, objectives and priorities Manage deployment/allocation of expert team and consultants to help our portfolio studios solve content and quality-related development problems Set up necessary processes, frameworks, benchmarks, that help drive content and quality upgrades and editorial management Support the company with knowledge and capability building, and help promote more ideation across portfolio companies Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative game experiences Game development background in PC/Console, global/western markets; Has shipped multiple games ~ Experience leading development or central support teams ~
