You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify potential stumbling blocks in the onboarding process and work to eliminate them in collaboration with customers and colleagues from other departments. You will oversee upgrading our solutions for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you help to improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
