YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU

Do you enjoy working at the interface between business issues and IT? Have you gained experience in managing software projects and in business and process analysis? You will be a key player in our company''s success, managing complex IT consulting and software development projects from the start. You will advise clients across sectors with high flexibility, acting as a generalist in project management. The project environment is dynamic, offering creative freedom and opportunities to develop our business.

• Planning, implementation, and management of IT consulting and software development projects across industries, especially managing fixed-price projects
• Responsibility for timeline, quality, budget, and team management of project teams with multiple members
• Interaction with customer representatives from various functional areas (business and IT)
• Acting as an interface between business departments and IT
• Analyzing and optimizing processes , requirements engineering, and conducting conceptual work at customer sites
• Preparing, moderating, and evaluating assessments and strategy workshops at customer locations
• Supporting account management and business development , including acquisition and pre-sales activities, building customer networks, and generating leads

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Proven expertise: At least 4 years of practical experience managing software projects or in business analysis and conceptual work
• Education: Degree in (business) informatics, economics/business administration, or equivalent
• Language skills: Fluent in English and either German (C1) or French (C1), depending on location
• Practical knowledge and certifications: Relevant agile project methods, test management, and requirements engineering
• Advanced process modeling skills: BPMN
• Certifications: Certified Project Manager (IPMA Level C), PMP, Hermes Advanced, or willing to obtain
• Quick understanding and solution-oriented thinking: Ability to transfer abstract knowledge to various customer situations and industries
• Dynamic and eloquent appearance: Enthusiasm and courage to adapt and lead change
