The role involves conducting precise and accurate laboratory tests and analyses (chemical-physical, biological, and microbiological) within established timelines to support quality and compliance.ResponsibilitiesSynthesize chemical and physical-chemical analyses using both standard and advanced techniques on raw materials, finished products, and packaging, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.Provide technical support during industrial scale-up and process criticalities, including decision-making on reusing or discarding non-conforming materials and managing corrective actions.Develop and validate internal analytical methods, adapting them to available instruments.Maintain organized laboratory documentation to ensure traceability of non-conformities.Manage samples properly, including disposal procedures.Coordinate with external laboratories and suppliers.RequirementsMaster''s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in chemical, physical, and sensory analysis of food products in structured production environments.Knowledge of analytical techniques: GC, GC-MS, HPLC, ICP.Basic understanding of statistics applied to quality control.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize.Attention to detail, organization, and precision.Good written and spoken English skills.What We OfferApprenticeship contract.Flexible working hours.Performance bonus.Paid leave for health reasons.Break area for relaxation and socialization.Free access to our company canteen.Additional insurance policies.Due to the nature of the role, presence in the laboratory at the headquarters is required Monday to Friday.Additional InformationSeniority level: InternshipEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Research, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
