Were looking to connect with seasoned Fractional General Counsels who can serve as trusted legal advisors to founders, CEOs, and boards across a range of legal and commercial matters. If you enjoy solving complex legal challenges, aligning legal strategy with business goals, and working across fast-moving environments this is a unique opportunity to lead with impact, flexibly.

This role is ideal for senior legal professionals or former in-house counsel who enjoy applying their expertise across industries and growth stages. Whether youve supported venture-backed startups, managed international legal teams, or advised executive stakeholders your legal acumen is essential to the companies we serve.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (e.g., NDAs, commercial, SaaS, partnership, and employment agreements)
• Advising on corporate governance, board matters, and legal risk management
• Supporting fundraising rounds, cap table reviews, and investor documentation
• Providing counsel on employment, IP, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Guiding companies through internal policy development and legal best practices
• Overseeing or coordinating with external legal counsel for specialized matters
• Assisting with international legal considerations, expansion, and jurisdictional compliance
• Acting as a strategic legal partner in M&A, licensing, or joint venture discussions

Required qualities may include:

• Proven track record in corporate, commercial, or tech-focused legal roles
• Experience working in-house (General Counsel or senior legal counsel roles preferred)
• Business-minded approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable advising founders, investors, and executive teams
• Familiarity with early-stage company structures, venture financing, and international compliance
• Experience in fractional, consulting, or legal advisory roles is highly valued
