CONTEXT
The Global Application & Processes Specialist is someone who can effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the aim to lead project activities including preparation of deliverables, process design and business partners iteration management. Defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group business processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions, this person must be:

The role will be responsible for the effective implementation, management and optimization of the Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, specifically focusing on Production Execution,Logistic, Engineering (preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning and qualification) Pharma Serialization and EHS - driving internal and external partners, configuring and maintaining the system, managing updates and troubleshooting issues.
The ideal candidate will oversee technical design, build & test, including the identified personalization, define technical guidelines & standards, cooperate with Solution Architect & Infrastructure Lead for system configuration and landscape setup.
The Global Application & Processes Specialist will work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals (maximising the return on investment), and then deliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedbacks in order to build improvements into future solution requirements.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process design:
- Mapping of business processes and analysis of the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group
- Process modelling (as-is) and re-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changing driver
- Business operating model improvements identification in line with business objectives and priorities
- Benchmarking about emerging technologies and their potential impact on Manufacturing processes, advocating for their adoption when relevant
- Act as Change Manager in projects with a great organizational impact such as operating model review and organizational design/ redesign
- Support the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing the change, with all the related aspects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to thoroughly understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management and Execution :
- Interact with Business Key-Users and Process Owners
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Design the technical solution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead or participate in multiple projects (draw project documentation, detail project scope, check priorities)
- Manage external providers Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, ongoing support, and alignment with strategic objectives
- Configure and Software implementation
- Oversee the implementation of selected business applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes, while maximizing the value delivered by each platform.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage the change requests
- Drive user adoption of new technologies and processes leading through effective change management and communication
- Lead multiple projects,managing the related budgets, track spending, and optimize spending on the different initiatives
- Support Post go-live
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
- Perform project lessons learned, gather feedback from Business Key-Users and Process Owners on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders or vendors to address them
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor the Application Maintenance budget and track spending
- Maintain robust governance structures for all implemented solutions, safeguarding system integrity and compliance with Global standards and policies
