For our client, Cobee by Pluxee, a passionate fintech company, we are seeking a Junior Financial Operations Analyst eager to grow, contribute, and learn in a highly dynamic, international, and collaborative environment.
You will be part of a key financial team for business operations, where you will not only execute tasks but also analyze, improve, and help redesign processes that directly impact the company''s success.
Main responsibilities:
- The first and most important challenge is to understand the business model they are implementing, what their main services are, and how they billing and collection processes work and remain balanced.
- Management and execution of billing processes with their commercial partners, supported by internal tools.
- Oversight of support and communications with users and external providers related to the financial area.
- Balance and P&L analysis and reconciliation of specific accounts (partners service lines)
- Adaptation to the use and handling of the company''s various technology and support tools
- Participate in the evaluation and redesign of processes of the finance department regarding to specific issues
Core skills/experience:
- Education in Finance, Engineering or Business degree
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and/or business administration, with corporate experience being a big plus.
- Data-driven: makes or validates decisions supported by data
- You are highly organized and analytical, with a passion for clear reporting, performance metrics, and structured decision-making.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders, managing key interactions with clarity and assertiveness
