In thislight of innovation and growth, Studio Fuksas is looking for askilled Senior Architect for Site Supervision and Technical Designwith at least 8 years of experience managing the design oflarge-scale public and private projects. The ideal candidate willhave a strong understanding of FUKSASs design philosophy andcontribute to the firms ongoing research with a proactive andpassionate approach to architecture. Responsibilities include: -Coordinate Projects at the SD, DD and CD Stage - Coordinate teamsand mentor junior resources - Ensuring alignment with FUKSASsdesign vision as established in the Technical Design phase -Conducting on-site visits to oversee construction progress - Therole requires compliance with international project standards andlocal building regulations. The selected candidate will work withina large, multidisciplinary team in a highly collaborativeenvironment. Reporting directly to the Partners, they will serve asFUKSASs representative, engaging with clients, consultants, andcontractors to evaluate and recommend design solutions that bestreflect FUKSASs architectural intent. Qualifications: - Bachelor''sor Master''s degree in Architecture. - Minimum of 8 years ofprofessional experience in architectural design. - State licensureor eligibility to become a licensed architect. - Proficiency inRHINO, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. - Strongportfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projectsalso at International level. - Excellent communication andpresentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. - Understanding of sustainable design principles isa plus.
