Your daily activities will include executing marketing initiatives, supporting the Sales organization in driving sales and services for your products, and enhancing sales efficiency through product knowledge and training. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid.This position contributes to the implementation of product marketing strategies for Medium Voltage Apparatus within the Electrification Distribution Solution Division globally. Your main responsibilities include:Implementing the product marketing strategy for your area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in line with the global strategy.Executing go-to-market strategies, preparing technical and commercial offers, and ensuring local volume and profitability targets are met.Managing the offering cycle for strategic inquiries, participating in sales discussions, and aligning on short- and long-term actions with channels and segments.Analyzing customer needs and competitor offerings through market information and sales feedback, ensuring effective marketing actions and communication, and supporting sales execution with relevant materials and guidance.Monitoring project progress, providing reliable order forecasts, proposing recovery plans if needed, and preparing market analysis reports.Executing the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant divisions and product groups.Qualifications for the roleBachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Engineering; Energy and Electrical fields preferred.Proficiency in Office, especially Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.Passion for problem-solving and working within a multicultural team.Fluency in Italian and English.Problem-solving skills, motivation, and a collaborative mindset are essential.More about usABB''s Distribution Solutions Division enhances power distribution, protection, and control, focusing on electric power quality and grid resilience.
