About the Role
As a core expert in our global transformation programs, you will bring strategic insights and deep process knowledge to elevate our R2R capabilities. Your mission: integrate advanced tools and best practices to enhance how we manage and report financial information. You''ll be a connector between finance operations and the digital ecosystemtranslating business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence
- Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives within R2R, with a focus on end-to-end improvement.
- Offer R2R subject matter expertise to other key business process areas like Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, and Hire to Retire.
- Define and track performance indicators to ensure process goals are met and continuously improved.
Technology & Architecture
- Shape the future of finance systems by contributing to the design and evolution of financial architecturespanning processes, systems, and data.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to implement reliable, sustainable finance technology solutions.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and assess risk and impact for changes to financial system architecture.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities for process innovation and optimization, using data to drive decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives that simplify, automate, and enhance financial operations.
Global Collaboration
- Work with global counterparts, particularly in the US and India, to ensure alignment in R2R transformation strategies and execution.
Qualifications
Education
- Master''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus).
Experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in the R2R domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern ERP/EPM platforms
- Track record of involvement in finance transformation projects in a global, multi-entity environment.
- Experience redesigning and deploying financial processes, ideally with exposure to tools like RPA, AI, and workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate).
Skills
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business terms.
- Confident relationship builder, adept at stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and experience using methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, or Kaizen.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
