Job Description: Senior Electrical Engineer at HyDep SrlHyDep Srl is highly specialized in the design, testing, and certification of water electrolysis systems. The company is expanding its market presence as an engineering services provider and small-scale electrolyzer manufacturer, while also developing large-scale innovative electrolysis technology for the Group.The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of water electrolysis systems, overseeing all aspects related to electrical design. Responsibilities include producing bills of quantities and technical specifications, evaluating products and systems for compliance, managing procurement, coordinating assembly and commissioning, and liaising with internal departments to ensure integrated project execution.Responsibilities:Produce bills of quantities and technical specifications for electrical products, including subsystems and components.Create electrical schematics, single line diagrams, and field wiring diagrams.Evaluate electrical products and systems through testing to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.Manage procurement processes, including RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and follow-up.Monitor assembly and coordinate commissioning of electrical equipment.Collaborate with technical departments such as Process and Instrumentation for project integration.Support sales and technical service with cost estimations and electrical consultancy.Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., CE, IEC, ATEX, EMC).Mentor team members and stay updated with field developments.Identify and address potential technical issues proactively.Experience & Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in power distribution systems within industrial plant design.Experience with rectifier systems is advantageous.Knowledge of electrical calculations, LV/MV switchboards, motors, transformers, cables.Familiarity with hazardous areas and IEC standards.Understanding of renewable and low-carbon hydrogen industry.Master''s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, SDPROJET, EPLAN.Flexibility to work from the Codogno office a few days per week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
