The company is leading multimodal transportation and logistics with a strong presence in Road, Rail, and Shortsea, they need a high-level, consultative seller to execute innovative sales strategies across the region The Role As an individual contributor, you will: Develop and execute multimodal sales strategies to expand market presence. Drive revenue and volume growth in road and multimodal transportation. Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions. Work closely with groups global teams to design integrated logistics solutions. Represent the company at industry events, driving visibility and partnerships. Analyse market trends and implement strategies to outperform competitors. The Requirements 10+ years sales experience in European level road, multimodal, or freight forwarding. Proven success in winning new business and growing market share. Strong industry network and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in pricing, contract negotiation, and high-value deals. Ability to travel extensively across Europe. Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
