A Key Player in IRIS Compliance within the Railway Industry
As an RQMS Expert (IRIS Unit), you will have the opportunity to play a strategic role in the implementation of IRIS standard s and support stakeholders through audits, training, and high-level technical guidance.
Your responsibilities:
- You will report to Anne-Emmanuelle Baudrier, The IRIS Technical Leader
- Provide technical guidance and support on IRIS compliance and implementation for railway industry stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in IRIS standards in order to advise stakeholders accordingly
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure adherence to IRIS standards, identifying areas for improvement and best practices involving European travel (Approximately 10 Days per year)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes aligned with IRIS principles
- Deliver training and workshops to promote effective application of IRIS standards among clients and employees
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to IRIS certifications and performance metrics
Profil
- Master''s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the railway industry, with a focus on quality management and standards
- In-depth knowledge of RQMS and its implementation within the railway industry
- Experienced in conducting audits
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Rolling Stock
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical thinker who is both pro quality and accuracy
- Strong time management meaning you have the ability to take ownership and thrive in this varied and challenging role
- Emotional intelligence to build strong working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
