Who is a Project Manager in our company?
It''s a unique mix of three roles: Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Product Owner. You''ll drive Agile processes, facilitate scrum events, and remove obstacles like a Scrum Master, while ensuring project delivery, managing budget and timelines, and coordinating projects as a Project Manager. Additionally, as the Product Owner proxy, you will need to understand in depth the requirements and customer needs to help during the refinements if needed or align the team with the project or product vision.

responsibilities :

Managing small/ mid software development projects from the start (scoping, planning) to the end (handover to Operations) in an agile way
Being support/ backup for the Product Owner in the project (which requires an overall understanding of the customer''s problem and his expectations, searching for the best solution)
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and managing project capacity
Documenting and clarifying customers requirements
Communicating clear expectations to the project team members (regarding priorities, explaining the context)
Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress, clarify open points, and plan the next tasks
Managing the interface with our business clients and their stakeholders to build good relationships
Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
Being available to work from our Wroclaw office 23 times per week as part of a hybrid work model

requirements-expected :

Experience as Project Manager/ Scrum Master (min. 3-4 years) for software development projects handled with Agile framework
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
Confidence in moderating events/workshops
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Good knowledge of ticketing systems, e.g., Jira
Experience in effective team management and feedback
Fluency in English
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines
Proactive approach to work
Advanced communication skills
Business maturity and experience in working with international clients
