- Bring ERP expertise and best practices into the organization, fostering knowledge transfer and driving continuous improvement
- Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders'' functional requirements related to the ERP system
- Evaluate and contribute to the selection of ERP-focused technology solutions and IT partners
- Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and reduce gaps with standard ERP solutions
- Act as the key liaison between business departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and coordination of comprehensive user testing before deployment
- Bachelor''s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field
- Strong experience in ERP (such as SAP, Oracle or D365)
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
- Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience in guiding organizations through significant technological and process changes
- Fluent in English and German; both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
