What is the role and company? Join our team as a CPM(Corporate Performance Management) Planning Expert, where you willsupport the implementation and maintenance of all reporting,consolidation, and planning activities within our CPMapplication(s) (e.g., CCH Tagetik). As an expert in developingplanning applications in Tagetik, you will handle all mattersrelated to CPM user support and management, data collection, datatransformation, and reporting. What will I be doing? - Master DataManagement: Create, maintain, and enhance CPM Applications masterdata. - Requirements Gathering: Collect and refine requirements forplanning applications related to financial planning processes. -Data Integration: Define data integration requirements for planningapplications, considering consolidation complexities andconsistency with other analytics information. - Reporting Design:Collaborate with the FP&A Process Owner to design, create,maintain, and enhance Tagetik standard reporting. - TemplateCreation: Develop data collection templates for actual and planningprocesses based on Financial Planning Process Owner requirements. -Process Leadership: Lead financial closing and recurring financialplanning processes, including data collection solutions, usertechnical support, and user training. - Data Quality Control: Actas Data Quality Controller, building and running consistency checksfor data collected within the CPM applications. - Documentation:Conceptualize and document existing and future reporting, planning,and consolidation solutions. - User Training: Define, build, andconduct training for CPM users to ensure best practices in usingthe CPM application(s). What profile will I require? - Education:Masters degree in Business, Economics, or IT. - Experience: 5-6years of experience in implementing and managing Tagetik or similarCPM applications, or an FP&A background with a strong interestin business solutions implementation and support. - TechnicalSkills: Experience in designing planning solutions, excellentknowledge of reporting (including MS Excel with VBA and macros),and data integration (including SQL). - Analytical Skills:Understanding and willingness to develop data architecture andinformation modeling skills. - Language Skills: Fluent in English.- Project Management: Strong project management skills.
