We are looking for Porter to join our Front Desk team and help provide impeccable and remarkable service to our guests. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle the sorting and transportation of guests luggage upon arrival and departure, including tagging and providing claim checks to guests.
- Deliver messages and items directly to guest rooms, following instructions from the Front Desk/Concierge.
- Perform errands for guests as requested by the Front Desk.
- Manage guest car parking, ensuring safety and order according to company procedures.
- Regularly monitor common areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.
- Support the gardening team with specific tasks, such as cleaning active fireplaces and raking gravel in the courtyard.
- Assist with event setups as needed.
- Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Use materials and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Apply the knowledge and skills acquired during training to daily tasks.
