Mid-Level Banking and Finance Lawyer - Your role will consist of:
- Oversee a wide range of financial cases, ensuring comprehensive legal support and guidance.
- Achieve an annual billable target of 1400 hours, involving in-depth legal work and client interaction.
- Participate in diverse and challenging legal cases, providing opportunities for professional development.
- Work within a team of around thirty seasoned lawyers, gaining insights and expertise in various legal areas.
- Focus on areas such as corporate law, finance, and funds, enhancing your specialization and skills.
Mid-Level Banking and Finance Lawyer - To do this, you must:
- Hold a Master''s degree in law, with a strong emphasis on banking and finance law.
- Possess between 3 and 5 years of experience in banking and finance law in Luxembourg, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field.
- Have the CCDL (Certificat de Capacit de Droit Luxembourgeois) and be listed on List 1 or List 4 of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Be proficient in English, with additional skills in German and French being highly advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills, essential for handling complex legal documents and cases.
