Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst to support their Group SAP HR+ product. Operating in a SCRUM/Agile environment, this role involves both the optimisation of existing solutions and the implementation of new tools within S/4HANA and Fiori contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and define HR-related business requirements
Validate user stories and define acceptance criteria
Prepare test scenarios and support UAT processes
Provide 2nd level support for SAP HCM applications
Identify system bugs and propose effective fixes
Key Skills Required
Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM standard and custom functionality
Comfortable working in a Fiori-first environment
Knowledge of SAP Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) is a plus
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and complex system integration
Understanding of SAP Cloud technologies is advantageous
