I am looking for a Site Manager to join a leading international photovoltaic company.Our client develops and delivers clean energy solutions based on photovoltaic systems along the entire value chain - from project development and financing, construction, operation and maintenance to energy management.Job Description :Construction Monitoring: Oversee construction activities throughout the construction and commissioning phases, up to project completion.Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and transparent reports to the Project Manager.Milestone Certification: Monitor and certify achievement of construction milestones, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.Design and Budget Support: Assist the project manager in evaluating design or technical changes and managing the project budget.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on site.Meetings and Coordination: Organize and participate in site meetings with contractors, HSEQ managers, external consultants, engineers, authorities, and prepare signed meeting minutes.Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with local authorities, TSO/DSO representatives, landowners, and other involved parties.Team Supervision: Supervise, motivate, and manage contractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.This is a site-based role requiring presence five days a week at various locations in Sardegna.#J-18808-Ljbffr
