What Youll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conducting screening calls and interviews to assess fit for our clients roles.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate networks in your specialist market.
- Collaborating closely with consultants to understand client needs and tailor your search accordingly.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process with clarity, professionalism, and care.
- Supporting candidates through offer stages and ensuring a smooth transition into new roles.
What Youll Need:
- Experience in recruitment or any other client-facing role (agency is a plus).
- Strong communication skills fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and target-driven mindset.
