Right now, were looking for a new colleague to join our Key Account Management Team in the position of Key Account Manager .
Main Responsibilities:
- Creation of volume, sales, and profit budgets
- Further development of existing customer business
- Improving the profitability of the services offered
- Drive customer projects
- Manage quotes and contracts
- Chair/management of QBR''s and ABR''s
- Creation and implementation of the development strategy for the relevant customer portfolio
- Identification and implementation of savings potentials for the customer(s)
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor / Master of Business Administration, preferably Logistics
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in international trade logistics in a similar role
- Order management experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
- High customer orientation paired with strong business acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel and competent PowerPoint skills.
