Functieomschrijving When our biscuits leave the oven, they deserve to be packed perfectly. Thats your mission. Your role: Youll operate and monitor our packaging machines. Youll start up the machines, supply packaging materials, assist with product changes, and safely shut down the machines when needed. Youll work in close collaboration with your team. Youll check product quality and take immediate action when something goes wrong. Youll follow hygiene and safety rules at all times. Functie-eisen Your profile: Youre available to work in a 2-shift system: early (05:00 13:00) and late (13:00 21:00). You have a technical diploma (TSO/ASO or equivalent). You can work independently and organize your tasks effectively. Youre solution-oriented and respect agreements and schedules. Youre proactive and positive. You care about cleanliness, order, and safety. You like manual work and being active. Youre a team player. You can travel independently to our site in Lembeke. You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
