Combining tradition with innovation and sustainability, it offers a wide range of high-quality products using advanced technologies and premium materials.To support the growth of the export team, we are looking for an Export Area Manager.Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the Middle East, North Africa, and Francophone markets such as Belgium and Canada.Key Responsibilities:Develop target markets by identifying and establishing partnerships with dealers or direct clientsManage and grow existing customer relationships in the assigned areasEnsure achievement of revenue and margin targetsLead commercial negotiations with potential customersHandle and renegotiate existing client relationshipsOrganize and participate in trade fairs and industry events, including co-branded initiativesIdentify new clients through follow-ups and development of a new customer portfolioRequirements:At least 34 years of experience as an Area Manager in a B2B companyExcellent knowledge of English and French; Arabic is a plusWillingness to travel approximately 50% of the timePreferred Skills:Strong analytical and listening skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesStrong organizational and negotiation skillsProactive problem-solving attitudeCuriosity and a team-oriented mindsetWhat the company offers:Permanent contract (Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement)Gross annual salary up to 55,00060,000, based on technical and soft skills evaluated during the selection processPerformance-based bonus (MBO)Working hours: 08:30 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break and flexible start time with end-of-day adjustmentAccess to on-site company canteenWorkplace: Padua, Italy
