As our Product Marketing Coordinator, you are fully dedicated to helping drive RideYellow by shaping product marketing and communication. You will lead the product marketing experience from idea to release, collaborating with our team and external partners to design, develop, launch and grow our user base. You are creative, analytical and detail oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. You are committed to building meaningful marketing campaigns that engage users in fun and novel ways.**Youll be asked to**:- Manage and lead integrated marketing campaigns and activities- Represent RideYellow in external relations- Drive product announcements, campaigns, and programs for RideYellow across SoCal- Work with local staff members across SoCal to align regional marketing with local efforts- Develop product messaging, positioning, and marketing creative- Oversee and grow companys social media and online presence with fresh and targeted social and blog content (video, images, and written)- Manage and improve online advertising- Develop product strategy, testing, research, and reports- Design product partnerships and promotional campaigns/events- Surface product feedback and challenges**You have**:- Bachelor''s Degree- At least 3 years of product marketing experience working with other businesses/services- Understanding of product strategy, design, development principles, and processes- Led creative productions from idea to implementation- Driven strategic partnerships and closed deals- Conducted, synthesized, and applied user insights, research and testing to your strategy- Solid experience applying digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Adwords/PPC) and SEO best practices- Passion for taking on big and complex challenges- Passion for building a more efficient and user-friendly transportation system**You are**:- A strong writer, verbal communicator, and presenter- An excellent program and project manager- A self-starter who knows how to continually prioritize and get things done on time- Very familiar with copywriting and visual design principles- Basic proficiency in your favorite graphic design software-Experience with interactive design for app development is a plus-Willing to work weekend marketing events as needed**Youll work with**:- Sales and event staff to deploy offline marketing plan- Director of Strategy and General Manager to deploy online marketing plan and ensure plans are aligned with overall company goals- Reporting to Director of Strategy as part of the Innovation Office**Your opportunity**:- Full-time salaried position with full benefits- Salary range between $50K to $60K based upon experience- Work from main office location: 2129 W.
