Currently we arelooking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Stezzano (BG)Mission: We are looking for a passionate recruiter to hire toptalent for our company, by implementing the best practices forrecruitment, assessment as well as leveraging our employee valueproposition in the market. You will be responsible for piloting thefull recruitment processes for a variety of roles within ourcompany. What will you do? - Manage full recruitment process inclose cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers andthe talent management team, including : carrying out profilebriefing meetings, advising on search strategy and process, writingand posting job advertisements, screening incoming applications andproactively sourcing candidates, conducting first interviews andproviding feedback to candidates - Act as a point of contact forhiring manager, candidates and HR Business Partners in all mattersconcerning recruitment. - Help increase the recruitmenteffectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs. - Contribute totools and process improvement projects. - Lead and implementemployer branding initiatives. - Manage external partners in thearea of recruitment Will help you to be successful? Bachelor orMaster s degree in Management of Human Resources or similar; Atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment in a challengingrecruiting environment Strong sourcing expertise using internetjob boards, especially LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience withdifferent sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI Customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work ina matrix environment and detailed orientation are key competencies Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects Fluencyin Italian and English.
