PMIs shift to smoke-free products has transformed our work, requiring new approaches in sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain planning.Your Day-to-DayAs Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will be part of our Quality department, reporting to the Team Leader Manufacturing QA. The position is based in Bologna.Your role involves supporting manufacturing during production, ensuring compliance with standards, managing non-conformities, and applying OPEN+ systems and tools.Specific Responsibilities IncludeEnsuring compliance with PMI and legal standards related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability.Supporting production teams with quality guidance and training.Supporting brand change activities and coordinating sample testing.Investigating non-conformities and supporting corrective and preventive actions.Managing documentation, procedures, and training support.Proposing and following up on quality improvements.Supporting materials management and CAPA activities.Performing calibration and maintenance of quality instruments.Requirements & SkillsProfessional School, Technical, or equivalent skills; Chemical or CTF degree preferred.Minimum 6 months experience in production, quality, or relevant fields.Fluent in Italian; basic English skills.Knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools, root cause analysis, and data reporting.Contract TypeTemporary/Fixed-termWhat We OfferJoin PMI to:Experiment and innovate.Be part of an inclusive, diverse culture.Develop your skills in a global environment.Contribute to a smoke-free future worldwide.PM MTB is Philip Morris Internationals center of excellence, recognized globally for innovation, training, and production of smoke-free products.
