Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls: actively listen and identify customer needs to offer the most suitable solution.
- Advise and sell energy and telecom contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage contract signing, adapting the process to the specific needs of each customer.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of your team.
Your Profile
Were looking for someone passionate about sales and customer contact, with a dynamic and result-driven mindset. Wed love to have you on the team if:
- You have initial experience in sales (ideally in telesales or call centers).
- You enjoy selling, taking on challenges, and reaching ambitious goals.
- You''re confident on the phone and enjoy talking to new people.
- You speak Greek fluently
- You''re results-oriented, analytical, and capable of making decisions, ideally with knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience with a comparison platform or direct sales company is considered a plus.
