We are looking for a highly driven and proven Client Partner who has evidence of nurturing and closing Application and Infrastructure Services, and Engineering services business within Fortune 500 clients globally. You will ideally have prior experience working with a Tier 1 IT Outsourcing organization. We are looking to speak to candidates with track record of sales closure of multi-year/service/million euros deals across regions, with at least 5 years of managing P&Ls; for Fortune 500 companies, and with a proven sales management record. Title: Client Partner, Fortune 500 company Professional Requirements - Strong sales and sales management expertise with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of IT, Application Services, and Infrastructure services.In depth understanding of P&L; management, revenue and cost levers, business and IT drivers, and proven customer satisfaction for multiple Fortune 500 clients. - Proven sales and consulting expertise, gravitas and leadership abilities to be credible in front CXOs - Top line growth of the account through developing existing customers and service offerings, identifying cross-sell opportunities, oversee existing account growth and participate in business development - Ability to forge effective commercial relationships at all levels and tenacity and experience to drive value - Strong negotiation and client stake holder management skills - Commercially savvy on revenue and margins, forecasts and meeting targets on regular basis - Take specific business growth responsibility of strategic clients and manage the P&L; for accounts that they are responsible for, demonstrate proven ability of rapidly scaling up the business - Create leads and opportunities, develop penetration strategy, work closely with the Business heads - Engage in proactive sales activities within Fortune 500 companies to convert suspects into prospects and then prospects into proposals - Showcase the organization capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interaction - Collaborate with delivery and present go-to-market solutions to target groups - Able to develop and close sales opportunities including construction of bids and pursuits and deals. - Is able to create market based propositions and develop the sub-market from a sales perspective Candidate Requirements: - 10+ years of sales, P&L; management, and sales management experience with large Fortune 500 accounts and proven capability in growing them - Proven experience with application services, infrastructure services, delivering revenue, market share and profit in highly competitive markets - An exceptional communicator with consultative sales selling style, strong negotiation skills, analytical problem solving abilities and good client-need-assessment aptitude - The successful candidate will be required to understand the value that outsourcing brings to organizations. It would be highly advantageous if this person had a track record of sales in outsourcing deals within large Fortune 500 organizations globally.- Strong educational qualifications in engineering and IT, and preferably general management, with hands-on IT services delivery background -Should show inclination towards constant learning and self-improvement - They will fundamentally understand the science of sales, IT and have a commercial awareness. They will need to have an innovative approach to deal structures and be able to be highly credible with clients. - An accomplished professional with expertise in managing Business Development with focus on profitability and achieving the companys mission & strategic direction - Strong business acumen with skills to remain on the cutting edge; drive existing and new business through conceptualizing strategies, developing key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships
