responsibilities :
Manage and support key M365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID
Monitor and respond to incidents using Defender, Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview
Configure and deploy devices via Intune and Autopilot, and manage MDM profiles across Windows, macOS, and Linux
Work with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Security & Compliance Center, ensuring alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST standards
Provide remote and onsite 2nd/3rd line support through a ticketing system, supporting the IT service management team with internal user issues
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing user accounts, access permissions, IT asset inventory, and MDM setup, including deployments via Intune/Autopilot
Assist with network and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, remote access) and software installations, updates, and license management
Maintain local IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, availability, and security
Support internal IT tools and applications (e.g., VoIP systems and other internal software)
Promote IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, antivirus monitoring, and phishing awareness training
requirements-expected :
Associate degree or equivalent certification in IT or a related field
Relevant Microsoft certification such as MS-102 plus other like MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102, MS-700, SC-300, SC-400, and SC-200 are highly valued
Hands-on experience with user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, resolving software and network issues, and coordinating with vendors
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 tools, including advanced user/account management in Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other core M365 apps
Knowledge of compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and endpoint protection
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu)
Experience with Intune or ManageEngine, Freshservice, VoIP platforms like TalkDesk, and SaaS-based ITSM tools. Comfortable with software deployment, licensing, and ticketing systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users
Customer-oriented, collaborative, well-organized, and eager to learn and grow
Fluent in English and Polish or French
Residing in Poland required
Openness to a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week from the Wroclaw office
