HIP is looking for a Research Analyst for its Finance Corporate Development Department. We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Market Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through the analysis of hotel and tourism trends. The successful candidate will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:Monitor macroeconomic, industry, and consumer trends affecting hotel and tourism performanceCollect, consolidate and analyze primary and secondary market data to uncover market trends and generate strategic insightsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess market performancePrepare clear, data-driven presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholdersSupport investment decisions by evaluating market opportunities and identifying potential risksContribute to forecasting, budgeting, and the evaluation of business plan assumptionsConduct predictive and scenario analysis to anticipate future market shifts and customer behaviorCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights are integrated into business planning and executionRequired Qualifications:Education: bachelors degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism and Hospitality Management or FinanceExperience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a business analyst role or a related positionTechnical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (specifically Microsoft Excel), Powerpoint and familiarity with business intelligence software (e.G.
