Reporting to the Assistant Director of Peopleand Culture, this role will foster a culture of continuous learningand lead the implementation of both local and corporate developmentprograms. You will play a key role in building organizationalcapability, enhancing employee experience, and supportingperformance through learning. What will you do: - Design andimplement learning strategies aligned with hotel and corporategoals - Facilitate leadership, team development, and upskillingprograms across departments - Lead onboarding initiatives to ensurea smooth integration of new hires for all levels. - Identifytraining needs through data analysis, feedback, and businessperformance - Champion a culture of service excellence and lifelonglearning - Act as a strategic business partner to both operationaland leadership teams - Identify and implement learning andperformance improvement strategies that support the hotelsstrategic direction. What you bring: - Proven experience inLearning & Development roles within hospitality or luxuryenvironments - Strong interpersonal, facilitation, andcommunication skills - Strategic mindset with the ability totranslate business needs into learning solutions - Knowledge ofmodern learning platforms and digital tools - Fluent in English andItalian - Highly organized with great attention to detail. -Experience in adult education and adult learning concepts. -Understanding of People & Culture (HR) systems and how theyintegrate, such as recruitment, selection, compensation,performance management. - Understanding of basic budgeting,accounting and financial management.
