Following its recent IPO, Younited is scaling its data infrastructure to meet the highest standards of financial transparency, auditability, and automation . Were looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Finance x Data team and take ownership of data products that power IFRS-compliant reporting and financial planning. This is a hybrid role at the crossroads of finance, data engineering, and analytics. You''ll design end-to-end data flows, develop robust financial models, and partner closely with Finance, Risk, and Data Engineering to ensure that our financial reporting is reliable, scalable, and data-driven . Data architecture & Modeling : Build and maintain robust data models aligned with IFRS and evolving business rules. Work with finance stakeholders to turn accounting logic into clean, maintainable data transformations. Design and optimize data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver financial data. Contribute to our modern data stack (e.g. dbt, SQL-based pipelines, data cataloging). Ensure security, auditability, and traceability of data workflows. Support the semi-annual IFRS reporting process with clean, explainable, well-documented data. Help automate manual reporting steps by replacing Excel logic with data products. Data Quality & Monitoring : Define and implement data quality checks to detect anomalies in financial flows. Act as a go-to person for IFRS data reliability, collaborating across teams to fix root issues. Work directly with Finance, Risk, and Data Engineering to align business logic with technical implementation. Document assumptions, methodologies, and data flows to ensure reproducibility and transparency. Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or related fieldsespecially in reporting, finance, or risk. ~ Strong interest in data engineering, analytics, and automation. ~3+ years of experience working with data (BI, reporting, modeling, or analytics). ~ Solid SQL skills and familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts. ~ A first video chat with our Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know each other and tell you more about Younited, our corporate culture & values (30).
