We are hiring an Application Support Engineer in Madrid to support the ongoing success of enterprise software solutions within a global environment. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, maintain system stability, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve application support requests and technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address software functionality and usage.
- Troubleshoot software problems using Oracle SQL/PLSQL and basic Linux (Bash).
- Contribute insights to help improve the product.
- Engage in ongoing learning, including technologies such as Java and JavaScript.
What Youll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL) and basic Linux (Bash).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to learn and grow technically.
- Understanding of retail, logistics, or consulting environments (a plus).
