Job Title: BIM Coordinator - Mission Critical SectorLocation: Dublin, Ireland Type: Full-time, Permanent Sector: Mission Critical About the Role:On behalf of our client, a leading contractor operating across Europe, we are looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators interested in working on large-scale mission critical projects based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive digital engineering team delivering high-spec projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate federated BIM models across disciplines and ensure clash-free design.Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and site teams to manage BIM deliverables from design through to construction.Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure project compliance with client standards.Lead model reviews and perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and Solibri.Manage updates to models and ensure alignment with project timelines and sequencing.Provide technical support to on-site teams and promote BIM best practices.Assist with the integration of digital construction tools and processes, including 4D and 5D modelling.Candidate Requirements:3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar digital engineering role.Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination software. Experience with BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms is beneficial.Previous experience in mission critical sectors is preferred (e.g. data centres, pharma, cleanrooms, manufacturing, or similar highly regulated environments).Strong understanding of coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models.Familiarity with ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards.Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.What's on Offer:Join a client-side team working on cutting-edge technical builds.Long-term career development opportunities across Europe.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to digital innovation and high-performance project environments
