Title: Technical Writer
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Positions Available: 1
Type: Contract (6+ Months)
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, templates, batch documentation, process descriptions, risk assessments, protocols, and reports in collaboration with technical and quality experts.
- Manage documentation within the designated document management system.
- Coordinate document review and approval processes, including organizing meetings and consolidating feedback.
- Ensure compliance of documentation with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Support audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and responding to related queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation processes and standards.
Your Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong scientific or technical background; experience in process engineering preferred
- Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Proven experience in technical writing in both French and English
