Position: Flexo Solutions Engineer Italy & EMEALocation: Italy (with frequent travel across EMEA) Overview: Aleading global provider of flexographic printing technology isseeking a Flexo Solutions Engineer to join its regional TechnicalSupport team. This position plays a vital role in deliveringhigh-level technical support to customers and channel partnersacross Italy and other EMEA territories. The successful candidatewill work across the full lifecycle of the company''s flexographicsolutions, supporting flexographic plate technology and imagingsystems. This includes remote and onsite assistance, installationand training, proactive service delivery, and collaboration withinternal development teams to share field insights. KeyResponsibilities: - Serve as a key member of the regional TechnicalSupport team, providing expert support for flexographic hardware,software, and media. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesboth remotely and onsite at customer locations. - Conductpre-installation site assessments to ensure optimal conditions forplate-making system installation. - Perform equipmentinstallations, start-up procedures, and end-user training. -Deliver proactive services such as preventive maintenance, printtrial support, and production audits. - Support pilot programs andbeta testing for new technologies with selected customers. -Collaborate with product development teams by sharing insights fromfield experiences. - Execute system upgrades and assist in thedeployment of new solutions. Required Skills & Experience: -Strong hands-on experience in the flexographic printing industry,including knowledge of print processes, machine components, andtroubleshooting methods. - Familiarity with flexographicplatemaking workflows and related imaging hardware is a plus. -Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role withlimited supervision. - Experience in color management and itsapplication to commercial or packaging printing. - Stronganalytical, verbal, and written communication skills. -Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);additional European languages are a plus. - Proficient in standardPC applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation andreporting. - Self-driven, curious, and eager to develop newtechnical skills. - Highly customer-focused with a commitment toservice excellence and problem resolution. - Able to managemultiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Willingand able to travel extensively (up to 75%), including internationalassignments within the EMEA region.
