• 35 years of experience in financial services, technology risk, model governance, or regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor''s degree in a STEM-related field preferred (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Equivalent experience or relevant certifications will also be considered.
• Understanding of AI/ML risk, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance principles. -> it''s a must!
• Familiarity with Agile project tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
