Before you apply, please read through our Cultural Manifesto ABOUT THE ROLEJOB TITLE: Treasury AnalystLOCATION: Milano, Italy (hybrid)TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, initially you will be offered a 1 year fixed term contractSALARY RANGE: 23-28k + BONUS - AS FIXED TERMWhat you''ll do:Cash Flow ManagementMonitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company''s operations.Develop short to long-term cash flow forecasts, anticipating funding needs.Optimize fund management across different legal entities and international bank accounts.Treasury OperationsManage daily treasury operations, including payment processing, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements.Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to support global payment processes and foreign currency management (FX management).Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare accurate and timely reports on cash flow, liquidity position, FX exposure, and financial forecasts.Analyze variances versus forecasts and propose corrective actions.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with banking regulations and local tax laws.Monitor and support the management of credit lines and financing facilities.Bank Relations and Strategic SupportManage relationships with banking partners, negotiating service terms (fees, FX rates, etc.).Support the evaluation of financial instruments (FX forwards, credit insurance, etc.) to minimize risks and optimize liquidity management.What were looking for:Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.15 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Cash Management roles.Experience working in multicurrency environments and international context is a plus.Strong knowledge of cash management principles, treasury operations, and banking products.Good understanding of FX Risk Management and hedging instruments.Proficiency in building cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting.Excellent command of Excel (financial modeling, data analysis).Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, SAP, NetSuite) and Treasury Management Systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to details.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication skills, also in English (frequent interaction with international counterparts).Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.Flexibility and adaptability to seasonal business cycles typical of the travel industry.You will love working at WeRoad if:You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didnt think possible.
