We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for ourAssago (Milano) office. The resource will be part of the internalengineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design ofHV/MV/LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors(generation, transmission and distribution), renewable energies andindustrial environment in general, both for Italy markets andabroad. Responsibilities: Act as the Tech Lead for assignedprojects. Owner of the assigned Projects document list,responsible of the correct issuing of the documents, as per timeschedule. Check and validate documentation issued by external orinternal collaborators, of each discipline. Identify and proposecost-optimized solutions proactively. Support Proposal Engineersduring the bidding stage. Depending upon the type and complexity ofeach Project, the responsibilities of the resource may include alsothe development of engineering documentation, encompassing but notlimited to: Design Criteria Design calculations Electricalschematics Purchasing Specifications - Technical Instructions toBidders Layout and installation drawings Cable ways Lightingsystem Earthing system The Projects are typically in the area ofelectric high voltage substations, energy storage systems,renewable plants and are developed in Italy. The Project Leaderresponds hierarchically to the Engineering Director. For eachassigned project, PL responds also functionally to the ProjectManager. Requirements: Electrical Engineering degree or technicalschool graduation with a focus on electrical engineering. Italianmothertongue. Previous experience in a similar role, preferablygained in Contractor Companies or System Integrators. Knowledgeof electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing. Proficient with the MS Office package. Availability for shortsite missions, particularly during the commissioning stage ofdesigned systems. Self-starting spirit, flexibility,adaptability, and a result-oriented approach. Preferred: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Job Location:Assago (Milano), near M2 metro station.
