Support research and experimentation on key food processing steps, including fermentation, drying and roasting
Contribute to lab trials, data collection, and pilot-scale testing
Collaborate with academic and industrial partners on research projects
Help document protocols and results to inform future product development

Masters degree in Food Technology/Food Engineering/Biotechnology/Chemistry or related fields (completed or currently in progress)
Strong interest in food R&D and process innovation with critical thinking
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Microsoft Excel
A proactive and curious mindset, combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
English fluencyboth written and spoken
Previous experience in lab research or university projects is a strong plus
You get excited by new processes, ingredients, and innovative solutions
You like getting your hands dirty in the labnot just reading papers
