Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving sales performance.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities on every call.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records as required.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures.
- Address billing inquiries by explaining the details of customer accounts.
- Use scripts and/or probing techniques to assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service.
- Greet customers courteously, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures.
Ideal Profile

- Fluency in German Language, C2 level.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Proficient in computer skills and technology use.
- Dynamic and Energetic.
