Wegh Group spa is seeking a Management Control Specialist for its Fornovo Taro plant. Reporting directly to the company management, the candidate will manage and monitor company budgets, focusing on developing a comprehensive management control system including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for executive management.Responsibilities:Implement a management control system by preparing monthly analysis reports of financial statements and developing forecasts with the support of the first-line management.Assist the Management in treasury management, continuously analyzing bank rates and conditions.Analyze the management control system by preparing periodic economic reports and monthly financial statements, collaborating with the administrative function, and verifying the correct allocation of entries in the respective accounting accounts, along with margin analysis.Requirements and Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in the metalworking sector, SMEs, or medium-sized companies.Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods, proficiency with management control tools (ERP systems, Power BI).Solid experience in accounting practices.Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Office, especially Excel.Strong interpersonal skills: assertiveness, clear and persuasive communication.Degree in Business Economics, Finance, or equivalent.Language skills: minimum B1-B2 level.Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad to other Wegh facilities.Employment Details:Permanent contract with an appropriate probation period.Salary commensurate with experience.Full-time hours: 8:30 am 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.Applicants of all genders are encouraged to apply, in accordance with Law 903/77.
