OSF is a Salesforce award winners for multi-cloud innovation (and a member of multiple Salesforce Partner Advisory Boards) and we seamlessly guide organizations through their entire digitalization journey.We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Consultant (Core Clouds FINS)to join our teamremote from Spain or Portugal.Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Core Clouds and Financial Service Cloud needs.Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored cloud solutions. Provide expertise on cloud functionality, features, and potential limitations.Design and present cloud solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.Collaborate with cloud developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.Oversee the cloud customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective cloud adoption.Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of cloud applications.Stay current with the latest cloud trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.Requirements:Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or cloud consulting, with a specific emphasis on Core Clouds and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).Hands-on experience with cloud development and documentation, particularly within the FSC environment.Familiarity with cloud deployment and project lifecycle management, especially in implementing and managing FSC solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
