Job Description - With a warm and friendly demeanor,you will handle group and individual reservations/bookings, ticketsales, information, and passenger operations (Check-in, Manifestpreparation), passenger complaints/CRM. - You will handle therelations with travel agencies and our partners. - Yourresponsibilities will include calculating fares, arranging routesbased on passenger requests, providing schedule and fareinformation, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout thepassenger journey. You''ll handle reservation/booking requests withefficiency and issue tickets for both domestic and internationalflights. Additionally, you''ll handle processes such as Endorsement,Rerouting, and the return of tickets. - To support effectivemanagement, you''ll report and register operational income, cost,financing, and financial statistical information in relevant ITsystems like SAP, ERP, and DOP. Desired Skills & Experience -Bachelor''s degree or at least high school graduation. - Permanentresidence permit in the respective country (the company does notprovide or assist with work permits). - Minimum of 1 yearexperience in civil aviation or tourism. - The ability to thrive inhigh-pressure situations. - Excellent command of English andproficiency in local language(s). - Availability to work in shifts,including overnight shifts. - A team player who can also workindependently when needed. - Ability to multitask effectively andhandle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good knowledge andexperience with a major Computer Reservations System (Troya orQuickres experience is a plus). - Strong oral and writtencommunication skills. - Demonstrated a sense of responsibility andthe ability to make accurate and effective decisions.
