As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you will manage and coordinate planning and procurement activities for the Verbania Plant to meet customer expectations. You will support the EMEA SC Manager in developing local supply chain and planning strategies focused on cost efficiency and lean organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the PSO locally, managing capacity to consolidate and transform the profit plan and rolling forecasts into production plans for intermediates and finished goods.Define planning and stock policies in collaboration with the production team.Support SC Manager and Plant Manager in aligning capacity and inventory to meet demand within set goals.Ensure ERP data accuracy and conformity for effective materials planning and inventory management.Coordinate lean procurement of raw materials.Develop solutions and methodologies to achieve cost savings in supply chain activities.Work with Demand Management to align current and future demand with supplier capabilities.Prepare and update weekly and monthly supply chain reports.Manage inventory to meet targets and improve turnover, following MRP standards and updating system parameters.Implement European Supply Chain standard methodologies locally.Mentor team members, defining and sharing goals and engagement plans.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related field.Experience with supply chain processes and IT systems; Oracle knowledge is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
