The SIOP (Sales and Operations Planning) process is vital for our regional success. We seek a strategic SIOP Leader to define processes, teams, metrics, and tools, ensuring continuous improvement, IT development, and process standardization.What Youll DoCollaborate with plants, regional leadership, and various departments to lead the SIOP process through its five steps: Portfolio Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Reconciliations, and Executive Review.Lead the integration process to develop a realistic 12-month Sales, Inventory, and Capacity Plan, including gap-closing actions and profit planning.Define and deploy capacity plans with plants, validate them for the VG EMEA region, and manage inventory results to meet DOH and gross inventory goals.Lead projects focused on standardization and process optimization across demand, inventory, and capacity areas, utilizing appropriate tools for materials excellence and continuous improvement.Track and report key metrics such as backorder status, regional freight costs, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels, providing root cause analysis and action plans.Manage intercompany SIOP activities and represent the region in global meetings.Implement digitalization tools aligned with plant priorities and participate in efforts to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.Support materials management excellence and participate in related initiatives, tracking opportunities for improvement.Develop new business intelligence reports and ERP functionalities in collaboration with IT.QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Business, or related fields.Minimum of 10 years experience in logistics or materials management.SkillsFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.Business acumen, judgment, and commercial sensitivity.Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.Initiative and agility to operate in multicultural, cross-functional teams.Focus on process-driven continuous improvement.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits.Challenging projects within a collaborative team environment.Supportive workplace emphasizing ethics and safety.Opportunities for internal promotion and long-term growth.Ongoing learning and development initiatives.A commitment to reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability.A health and safety-first environment with empowering tools for employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
